While a member of the soul cleansing clinic in Monrovia, Liberia, Mama Jackie obeyed a call from God to preach and teach his word.  From that call came the birth of Shepherds Ministry.  Her calling requires her to carefully and accurately deliver an informed teaching of God's word and reach out to those in need -the destitute and needy. 

Mama Jackie, as she is affectionately called is the daughter of the late Hon Bai T. Moore and Mrs Gillian T. Moore of the republic of Liberia.  She is a graduate of St. Theresa's Convent on Monrovia, Liberia.  Mama Jackie has a BSA in Accounting and a MBA (concentration Management).  She is married to Mr. Humphrey Russell and their union is blessed with four children Icey, John, Juanita, and Titi.  The Russell's also have several grand children, Justin, Michael, Elijah, Tiara, Triniti, Niicey, Isaac, Ezra, and Alexis. They live in Loganville, GA.
